Studio Z, Inc./PRP Management Group.

Land planning and permitting large residential-golf course community in South Burlington, Vermont. Worked with Nicklaus Design and Civil Engineers to complete design for permit submissions; worked with City Planning Commission and City Council to make necessary changes to City Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance; worked with experts to develop "permitable" Integrated Turfgrass Management Plan and ground water testing protocol; prepared permit applications and managed the Vermont Act 250 permit process to a near record seven month duration;negotiated a 17 acre lease on adjacent property; developed draft declaration of covenants and restrictions in conjuction with design review procedures for residential construction.

Construction Manager for the Shed Restaurant and Brewery in Stowe, Vermont Worked with owner to acquire financing from multiple sources; provided all documentation for construction draws; produced proforma and operating statements for the brewery.

1991 to 1994

Representative. Reorganization consultant for failed business merger with large French construction concern; Developed and marshaled plan for reorginization of $2.1 million dollars of debt, 100 creditors in 10 classes, 2 civil actions and an arbitration proceeding; process culminated in a successful appeal to the Federal Appeals Court.

Direct responsibility for all construction operations; Maintained schedules and controlled cost on all projects with complicated industrial processes; direct management of clean-room construction projects; compiled cost and schedule information for new projects bid; wrote technical proposals for negotiated work.
